I created these basic cards on Saturday morning just before going to work. Using an embossing folder and designer paper, I trimmed both to fit the card and reversed the paper/embossing on the other card. I'd bought some broad glittery silver washi style tape out the Range in craft section, cut 2 slim strips and used them as borders. Don't ask how I managed to cut them so straight as I judged and cut them purely by looking at my cutting (plus I am not the world's greatest cutter using scissors). After work yesterday, I completed the look using the parcel string and buttons adhering them using the glue gun to ensure the loops and the embellishments were secure in the cards.

Ela's 3rd wedding Anniversary
My colleague Ela had mentioned it was her 3rd wedding anniversary on Tuesday. Ela is lovely to work with and in addition to working as an NHS bank staff member, she is also studying accountancy which I know takes up a lot of her spare time. I thought I'd make her this card which didn't take me too long :-D.
