Sorry not been on very much of late - suffering from a really painful backache at the moment! Been suffering since before Christmas with a lower 'dull' backache - for over a week it's been very painful! Basic activities like getting dressed etc. are all difficult to carry out. We take so much for granted until something goes wrong with our bodies/limbs etc. Signed off work for a fortnight [1 week gone already!] and given prescribed painkillers. Can't believe it as I haven't been off sick from work for at least a couple of years LOL!! Looks like I am going to have to get another doc's appt cos the painkillers aint working.
